Senior Brand Manager - FMCG - Food

ÂŁ55,000 - ÂŁ60,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance

We’re looking for a highly talented all round brand marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our UK agenda. This role is all about passion for brands and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

Key requirements:
* At least 4 years marketing experience in a branded FMCG business.
* Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a business or marketing related degree.
* A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer.
* A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow.
* Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
