Role Overview:
We're looking for a resourceful and analytical Founder's Associate to work directly with our founding team. This role is highly versatile — you'll support strategy, operations, real estate evaluation, and financial modeling. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with an architecture background or a strong interest in real estate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-scaling property-tech startup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
* Assist in evaluating potential property acquisitions, including architectural and zoning feasibility.
* Build financial and operating models to support decision-making (e.g. cashflow, ROI, sensitivity analysis).
* Contribute to due diligence processes by gathering data, reviewing documents, and liaising with advisors. Support investor relations with pitch decks, reports, and data room preparation.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders including architects, contractors, and consultants.
* Develop performance dashboards and reporting to track business KPIs.
* Take on ad hoc projects that drive growth and efficiency across the business.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical ability and confidence working with numbers (Excel / spreadsheets).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in real estate, property development, or architecture.
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred:
* Educational or professional background in architecture, real estate, urban planning, or related fields.
* Experience with financial modeling, due diligence, or feasibility studies.
* Familiarity with CAD or architectural tools is a plus.
