About the Role As Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Managing a team of 7, you will lead the bookkeeping and management accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and operational excellence across the team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset. Youll be instrumental in streamlining processes, improving systems, and supporting strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.
