Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Office Manager or Site Administrator to support their team on a major development in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company within the construction and civil engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a busy construction site office
*
Provide full administrative support to project managers and site teams
*
Manage document control, reports, and project correspondence
*
Coordinate meetings, filing systems, and compliance documentation
*
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
*
Support HR, payroll, and procurement functions where required
Skills and Experience:
*
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Site Administrator, or Project Administrator
*
Previous experience within construction, engineering, or building projects (preferred)
*
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
*
Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
*
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently within a fast-paced environment
