THE COMPANY
An online retailer in West Yorkshire is looking to make the first steps to bring their paid advertising in-house. They’ve reached a stage where deeper expertise and closer ownership of their Google and Meta campaigns will make a real difference to performance. Their long-term goal is to build an in-house team to reduce their reliance on external support. This is a hands-on role with clear progression: start as a manager and take ownership, oversee their agency partners, improve efficiency, and build structure. As you grow the area, you’ll step into a ‘Head of’ role and manage the in-house team.
THE ROLE
Your first priorities will be to:
* Take ownership of paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta
* Audit current freelancers and agency partners and highlight where changes are needed
* Identify wasted spend and quick-win opportunities
* Improve targeting, structure, bidding and audience segments
* Deep dive into existing campaigns to understand what’s working and what isn’t
* Make recommendations that improve ROAS and profitability
Over time, you will:
1. Restructure and scale campaigns to support wider growth goals
