Free on-site parking Potential Temp to Perm Contract for the right candidate Day-to-Day Duties As a Warehouse Administrator, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Raise, process, and monitor customer and internal orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Manage stock administration activities, including stock requests, goods received, goods dispatched, returns, and stock transfers. Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate any stock discrepancies, taking corrective action where required. Assist with regular stock counts and stock takes, ensuring inventory accuracy and reporting variances. Book deliveries and collections with customers, suppliers, and transport providers. Prepare, print, and distribute warehouse documentation, including pick lists, packing notes, delivery paperwork, and dispatch records. Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other internal databases. Produce and analyse reports relating to stock levels, dispatch volumes, shortages, back orders, and operational performance. Liaise with suppliers, couriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and timely deliveries. Respond to warehouse-related enquiries and provide administrative support to warehouse supervisors and operational teams. Ensure all warehouse records and documentation are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying administrative and operational process efficiencies. Promote and adhere to health and safety standards, company policies, and housekeeping requirements within the warehouse environment. Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Essential Skills To be successful as a Warehouse Administrator, you will need: Experience in an administrative role within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operations environment. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and internal systems. Clear communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across different teams.
