Are you an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor looking for a dynamic role in estate management?
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in managing a diverse corporate property portfolio.
In this role, you will apply your landlord and tenant and land and property expertise to handle property contract negotiations, ensuring effective estate management and income generation. You will provide professional advice and recommendations to the Principal Surveyor/Manager and be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The role also requires occasional attendance at council meetings and committees outside normal working hours.

As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio and ensuring the effective delivery of estate management casework. Your key responsibilities will include:
