Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Service and Repair Engineer to join our team. Role Overview This is a field-based role primarily covering domestic heat pump systems across West London to Aldershot. You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a variety of air source heat pumps, with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities * Service and repair of domestic air source heat pump systems * Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently * Complete relevant paperwork and service reports * Participate in a 1-in-6 call-out rota * Deliver a high standard of customer care Requirements * Proven experience working with air source heat pumps * Ideally familiar with Mitsubishi systems (other brands also considered) * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * F-Gas certification (advantageous but not essential if heat pump-focused) Benefits * £45,000 annual salary * 28 days holi...
