My client is seeking a Digital Designer to join their in-house digital team, delivering high-performing creative across multiple brands within their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a newly established digital performance team that operates like an internal agency, supporting a range of DTC brands with best-in-class creative across web, paid media, social and email.
You’ll be responsible for designing engaging and performance-led creative across multiple channels, including paid social, email and ecommerce assets. Working closely with the Shopify Developer, you’ll also support the redesign and ongoing optimisation of Shopify websites, helping to elevate UX/UI and ensure a seamless digital experience. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to campaign concepting, creative strategy and the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and strong visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ digital design experience, ideally within an ecommerce or retail environment, with a strong portfolio spanning web, social and email. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, alongside a strong eye for detail and brand consistency. Experience working in fast-paced brand environments and collaborating with performance marketing teams will be highly beneficial, as this role sits at the intersection of creativity and commercial performance.
