Role: Sous Chef
You'll support the Head Chef in leading a skilled kitchen team, helping deliver an evolving menu that celebrates classic flavours with a modern touch.
What you will do
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef's absence.
Maintain consistency, presentation, and high culinary standards.
Create and develop seasonal specials.
Oversee ordering, stock control, and hygiene.
What we're looking for
A strong Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous ready to step up.
Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
