Business Systems Analyst
Job Purpose
This role exists to bridge the gap between business needs and smart system solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of improvements to our core business systems—enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and driving competitive advantage. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and unlock greater value from the systems we already have.
Working across all Finnebrogue sites, you’ll deliver solutions that support the entire operation—from factory floor to leadership team—by optimising productivity, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting long‑term strategic growth.
What It Takes
* A self‑starting, resourceful problem solver who can dive deep into business processes.
* Strong communication skills to translate complex requirements into clear actions.
* Experience in systems analysis, development, user support, training and change management.
* Ability to work hands‑on from process design to stakeholder negotiation, always focused on improvement.
* Proactive in identifying smarter ways of doing things and comfortable pushing for change.
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week: Monday‑Thursday 10 am‑4 pm, Friday 10 am‑3 pm. Initially onsite in Downpatrick with hybrid working opportunities after full training.
