As a Commis Chef, you will prepare and assist in creating the finest dishes using local produce. You will work directly under the Chef de Partie, assist the team in your section to ensure the highest standards, and work with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
* Food Hygiene Certifications
* Good written and spoken English
* A flexible attitude
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel background
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Passion for the industry and an eye for detail
* Knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
