An opportunity has arisen for a less than full time post (7 sessions) for a Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry within Angus Health & Social Care Partnership. Angus is a rural area between the Grampian hills and the sea, known for its glens and leisure pursuits. This post is in the North East locality of Angus. The successful applicant will join 3 other Consultant colleagues in the Department of Old Age Psychiatry, Angus, with each Consultant providing medical leadership, advice and supervision to 3 well-established Community Mental Health Teams for Older People in Angus over 65. The post-holder will deliver care and promote a multidisciplinary and multiagency approach.
Applicants must be on the specialist register for psychiatry or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of a CCT/CESR (CP) or already in possession of CESR in psychiatry at the time of interview for the post.
