Role Highlights:
* Full-time, permanent position at a prestigious secondary school in Hillingdon
* Provide in-class support across a variety of subjects, working closely with teachers to ensure effective learning and student engagement
* Lead small group sessions, offering targeted interventions to students who need additional support
* Assist in planning and preparing lessons and resources to ensure all students have access to the curriculum
* Monitor student progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional learning needs

* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to student support
Experience & Qualifications:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential)
* Previous experience supporting students in a secondary school setting, ideally with students who have SEN or additional needs
* Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and the ability to adapt support for diverse learners
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and teachers
* Enhanced DBS check required
