What you’ll be doing
1. Customer and Client Interactions: Engage in discussions and agreements on specifications, solutions, and designs.
2. Collaboration with Designers and Architects: Work closely with end-to-end designers and architects to understand functional and non-functional requirements..
3. Platform-Level Initiatives: Lead and execute initiatives to improve system scalability and reliability.
4. Architectural Bottleneck Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
5. High Availability Solutions: Design and implement robust solutions that support high availability and fault tolerance.
6. Best Practices Enforcement: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, observability, and system health.
7. Technical Debt Management: Own and drive the technical debt backlog, ensuring continuous improvement of legacy systems.
8. Platform Modernisation: Contribute to efforts including infrastructure, tooling, and automation.
9. Mentorship and Culture Promotion: Mentor engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence and operational rigor.
10. Security Policy Execution: Be involved in the application and execution of security policies.
The skills you’ll need to succeed

Technical Expertise:
11. Multi Brand / Multi Domain API Led Architecture Delivery: Experience in delivering API-led architecture across multiple brands and domains.
12. Experience of Managing Teams/Working Knowledge of App Development: Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and React.
13. Commercial Background in Solution Design and Architecture for Telco or Techco Applications: Experience in designing and architecting solutions for telecommunications or technology companies.
14. Background in Multi-Disciplined Software Application Development: Experience in developing software applications across multiple platforms and applications.
Methodologies and Practices:
15. Agile and Lean Methodology: Proven ability to foster Agile and lean practices across the team.
16. Understanding / Curiosity of Emerging Technologies: Stay updated and curious about new and emerging technologies.
