This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. This is a 6-month fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What you will do on a typical day:
* Provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations
* Accurately input data into internal systems (SAP experience preferred)
* Monitor stock movements, receipts, and dispatch documentation
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks
* Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to resolve queries
* Maintain high standards of organisation and record-keeping
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
* SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
