What You’ll Do:
As a Family Court Advisor, you will work at an advanced social work level, supporting children and families involved in public and private law proceedings. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting high-quality assessments and analysis of court applications involving serious child protection or welfare concerns.
Advising courts and local authorities on safeguarding matters and advocating for the best interests of children.
Delivering direct work with children and families, keeping their voice central in all proceedings.
Acting as a skilled negotiator, influencing parents and professionals to prioritise children’s welfare.
Supporting judicial case management and contributing to clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Demonstrating resilience and accountability, managing caseloads effectively using strong IT and organisational skills.
