What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing and analysing off‑market and on‑market property deals Coaching franchisees through every stage of the deal cycle Providing strategic guidance on property investment models Supporting franchisees with pipeline building and performance growth Delivering training, workshops, and 1:1 development sessions Acting as the go‑to expert for property, compliance, and commercial strategy What You’ll Bring Proven experience in deal sourcing (off‑market, BRR, flips, rent‑to‑rent, SA — any relevant model) Strong coaching or mentoring background Solid understanding of property investment, analysis, and negotiation Ability to build trust, influence, and drive performance A proactive, energetic, people‑focused approach Confidence working in a fast‑paced, franchise‑driven environment Why Join Us?
