Join Our Team – Participation Worker (25 hours, 29,606 pro rata)

We are looking for a Participation Worker to join us on our Speak Up Cornwall and Sowenna projects. In this role, you will:
• Work alongside our Learning Disability and Autism Participation Worker.
• Support youth voice within Sowenna.
• Champion youth voice and participation across services supporting children and young people's mental health.
• Help ensure young people who access these services are heard, valued, and able to influence the support provided for them.
Work base; This role is Cornwall wide
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering young people,
building their confidence, and making sure their voices shape the services that affect them.
This post will require rigorous and robust reporting against a number of targets and outcomes. The post requires a valid UK driving licence.
