To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented HR Shared Service Administrator to join the wider Global HR Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: our office in London Westfield, Shepherd's Bush

Reporting into: Global Head of Payroll and HR Shared Services

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12-months)

Here's a breakdown of what you will be doing:

Our PeopleHub UK team requires a resourceful and bubbly individual who is incredibly organised and full of initiative to support our busy HR team and YNAP Population.

8. Prepare all employment-related letters for staff including role changes, annual salary increase, family-friendly changes, new starters and leavers

9. Be the Guardian of all HR policies and processes providing 1st line response to policy queries utilizing our ticketing system Workday Help

10. Manage the end to end maternity and paternity process

11. Process Leavers and conduct exit interviews

12. Update and maintain our employee personnel files and keep HR Systems updated

13. Work closely with our payroll team providing support to managers and employees for the Workday system

14. Provide general and comprehensive administration support to the HR Business Partners, Advisors and Recruitment

15. Support the onboarding of our new employees

16. Conduct Right to Work checks for new and existing employees

17. Track and monitor: fixed term contractors, maternity, paternity shared parental leave, probation, visas/right to work and allowances

18. Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required

19. Follow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the team and the wider businesses

20. Contribute to the growth of the company through ideas and department initiatives

21. Ensure that the company values are intrinsic in every part of your role

The type of person that we are looking for:

22. Ideally prior experience in an HR administrative role supporting a busy team and providing first line advice to employee (strong plus)

23. Prior working experience in an Administrative role (nice to have)

24. Discreet, professional and well presented, with excellent communication skills

25. Articulate with excellent writing skills and great attention to detail

26. Exceptionally well organised and efficient

27. Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues

28. Great sense of humour, empathy and work ethic

29. Service driven with ability to work to stringent deadlines

30. Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the HR service to the business

31. Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel/Outlook/Word

32. Knowledge and experience with Workday preferable, but not mandatory
