Responsibilities : Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively. Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress to inform future planning. Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to children’s growth and exploration. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all children in your care. Collaborating with other staff members to maintain high standards of early years provision. Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (EYE Level 3). Proven experience working in an early years setting, preferably within a school environment. Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
