Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled MasterCAM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise toolpaths and CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for various machining operations.
* Create detailed toolpaths for milling and turning processes.
* Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure optimal production techniques.
* Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Conduct simulations to verify toolpath accuracy and efficiency before actual machining.
* Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during manufacturing operations.
* Maintain and update documentation related to CNC programs and processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a MasterCAM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing techniques.
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly MasterCAM and SolidWorks.
* Experience with CNC programming and G-Code is essential.
* Understanding of precision machining and quality control standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
