Overview
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. You will join a company that values high-quality education and provides opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, building partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
* Contribute to Foundation Class activities to prepare preschoolers for their next key stage.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Nursery Details
Busy Bees Little Sutton is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 105 children, located in Little Sutton on Windways. It is easily accessible by car (4-minute drive from the M53 Junction 8) and public transport (5-minute walk from Little Sutton train station; Tesco Express bus stop serves route X1). The nursery offers free parking and a Foundation Class with a highly experienced team.
