This role is perfect for someone from education or industry - business development, employability, recruitment, HR or partnerships who wants their work to make a genuine social impact.**The role**You’ll build trusted relationships with employers across a range of sectors, creating inclusive opportunities such as work experience, placements, projects and employer-led learning. Acting as a bridge between education and industry, you’ll align employer needs with learner potential—helping shape tomorrow’s workforce.**You will:**Engage and grow a diverse network of employersWork closely with senior leaders and campus teamsSupport and deliver disability awareness and inclusion trainingRepresent the college at employer events and forumsUse labour market insight and CRM systems to track impact and improve practice**About you**You’ll bring experience in employer engagement or partnership working, strong communication skills, confidence using digital tools, and a commitment to equality and inclusion. You’ll be organised, proactive, and motivated by learner success.
