Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services is a multi-service Indigenous Child Well-Being Agency. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the Support Services Supervisor - Clinical Services, the Child & Youth Mental Health and Addictions Worker (CYMHAW) plays a vital role in delivering holistic supportive counselling and services to children, youth, and their families experiencing mental health and addictions challenges. This includes referrals for confidential individual, family, or group counselling, and support for navigating mental health and addiction services. The position also supports the Clinical Services team in delivering clinical support under the guidance of clinical staff.
Availability Requirements:
* Our office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. However, based on client needs, staff may work outside these hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
