Job Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide flexible support across a range of Bright Futures residential homes, helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Each of the people we support has individual interests, needs and care plans, so your role will involve adapting confidently to different home environments while maintaining the same high standards of care, compassion and professionalism. You will support individuals with daily routines, personal care, activities, independence skills and emotional wellbeing, always working in line with their care plans and the values of Bright Futures.
Your role will include building strong relationships with colleagues and the people we support, accurately recording daily outcomes, achievements, health observations and any concerns, and contributing to a calm, safe and supportive environment across our services.
