This service offers a structured 12-week programme designed to help young people overcome challenges, rebuild confidence, and develop life skills in an outdoor environment. The Role: As Deputy Manager, you will: Support the Service Manager to ensure a high standard of care Lead a team in delivering structured and adventurous activities Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 8-18 Act as a positive role model and mentor Contribute to therapeutic care plans and individual outcomes Activities offered include mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, and more. The service operates in both rural and outdoor settings, with a strong focus on building resilience and trust.
