Full Job Description Role: Manufacturing operative Location: North Norfolk Type: Temp to perm Pay: £13.71 per hour (includes attendance bonus) Shifts: 12-hour rotating pattern covering days, nights, and weekends Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times Start your career in manufacturing - no experience required! What you'll be doing: Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet set standards Keeping accurate records and completing inspection logs Working closely with your team to help resolve any issues on the line Supporting ongoing improvements in processes and output What we're looking for: No previous manufacturing experience needed - just a great attitude and willingness to learn Good attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends) A team player who can also work independently when needed Own transport is a must due to the shift pattern and rural location Why apply?
