We are seeking a Product Design and Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Leicester facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your design talents in a fast paced and collaborative office environment.
What you will do
In this site based role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and R&D to develop and present product label designs, instruction leaflets, and packaging concepts.
You’ll ensure that all designs meet the technical capabilities required for production and comply with both corporate branding guidelines and regulatory standards.
As a key contact in the design and change process, you’ll manage customer communications and coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain quotes and track delivery timelines, always with an eye on cost-effective manufacturing.
Additional responsibilities include translating concepts into compelling visuals, participating in design team meetings, offering technical design insights, and upholding Quality Management System standards, particularly around change control and label approval workflows.
Education Degree
* High School Diploma or GED
What you will need
You should be highly proficient in key design software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and stay current with evolving digital tools and technologies.
Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously.
You must be a confident decision-maker, capable of exercising sound judgement and problem solving independently.
The minimum requirements for this role include GCSE-level education or equivalent, and at least 2 years of hands on experience using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Apple Mac systems.
