Description Key responsibilities and duties: Day to day operation and resourcing of the Technical Publications Library. Receipt and allocation of Tech Publications amendments. Occasional aiding of the business with regards to ‘print room’ activity and other adhoc tasks not requiring a QMS authorization from time to time. Use of the Navixa ERP system and OEM subscribed portals. Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals. Competencies: (e = Essential / d = desirable) Core: Have an understanding of the principles of Airworthiness requirements (d) On Job Training will be available to address shortcomings of new starters. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (e) Functional: The ability to communicate effectively to both Internal and External customers/Suppliers. (e) Organisational Relationships: Key interfaces with: Line Manager (Team Leader) of the Tech Library and co -workers within Tech Library. Close working relationship with Technical Support Engineering team to allow for a smooth document vetting process Reports to Tech Library Team Leader and may report indirectly to the Engines Services Engineering Manager. Professional Qualifications/Education and Training: GCSE Grade C ( Modern Grade 4) or above in English (d) Experience: Experience in a fast paced admin role ( e ) Experience in Aerospace industry (d) This is not an exhaustive list and from time to time additional responsibilities may be provided directly from your Line Manager
