The Technical manager will be joining a £1 Billion turnover business and help with the delivery of the strong pipeline of work they have acquired. Job Description: The Technical Manager will oversee all technical aspects of RC frame residential developments from stage 4 through to completion and hand over. Acting as the key liaison between design teams, consultants, and site teams, you’ll ensure that all drawings, specifications, and construction details are coordinated, compliant, and buildable. You’ll lead the technical design process, manage design risks, and drive efficient project delivery aligned with the development program.
