Conveyancing Administrator
Location: Richmond, Greater London - Office Based

A leading high street law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Administrator to join their high-performing Conveyancing team in Richmond, Greater London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary or to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role
In this fast-paced and varied position, you'll deliver a full range of Administration duties, including:
1. Full diary and email management
2. Drafting correspondence and legal documents
3. Document production and complex amendments
4. Client file management, including opening/closing and compliance checks
5. Organising travel and meetings for legal professionals
6. Land Registry
7. Financial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitions
8. Supporting the wider team with cover during absences
This role requires a forward-thinking, highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.
What We’re Looking For
9. Prior experience in a Conveyancing Department as an administrator, legal secretary or none fee earning paralegal - Essential 2 years minimum in Conveyancing
10. Excellent document production skills, particularly in Word
11. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
12. A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills
13. Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)
14. Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
