Our client is seeking a proactive, professional and people‑focused Viewing Agent to join their busy Aberdeen office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a client‑facing environment and can confidently promote properties while representing the firm to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accompany prospective buyers to property viewings, professionally showcasing features and promoting suitable alternatives.
* Proactively highlight key selling points and identify opportunities to cross‑sell relevant legal and financial services.
* Obtain and relay feedback promptly to the branch, supporting sales strategy.
* Manage your own diary efficiently ensuring punctuality, organisation and effective route‑planning.
* Answer viewer queries confidently, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
* Ensure all properties are left exactly as found following viewings.
* Support the team by identifying valuation opportunities and promoting the firm's valuation service.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with the public.
* Well‑presented, reliable, tactful and able to always maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and confidence working alone.
* Geographical knowledge of Aberdeen City.
* Must hold a clean UK driving licence and be licensed to drive manual vehicles.
