HR Systems Administrator
London | 12‑month fixed‑term contract
A leading law firm is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join its collaborative HR Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on HR systems experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a high‑performing professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting day‑to‑day HR data management and firm‑wide reporting
* Helping manage and continuously develop the firm’s HR system
* Designing and building end‑to‑end workflows to automate and improve HR processes
* Producing complex Excel reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
* Liaising with system vendors to resolve HRIS issues
* Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
* Contributing to ongoing improvements across HR operations
About you
* At least 1 year’s experience working with systems, ideally within HR
* Comfortable working with HR information systems and Excel
* Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with a professional, team‑oriented approach
* Proactive problem‑solver with a practical “can‑do” mindset
* Genuinely interested in supporting the wider business
