Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of large and/or complex paid search accounts across multiple platforms and markets
* Lead paid search strategy, optimisation, and performance delivery to achieve client ROI and KPIs
* Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search activity with wider digital strategies
* Own client communication, including leading strategy discussions and performance reviews
* Identify growth opportunities and implement advanced paid search tactics and innovations
Essential Experience
* 3 - 5 years' experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
* Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads and other paid search platforms
* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and present data clearly
* Proven experience managing budgets and forecasting performance at scale
* Confident communicator with experience working directly with senior stakeholders and clients
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
