We’re seeking a highly organised Service Desk Coordinator to join our Client’s busy Concierge team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of client support — managing service tickets, scheduling engineers, and ensuring every client receives exceptional aftercare.
What you’ll do
* Manage and allocate service tickets via phone and email
* Schedule and coordinate engineers across multiple client sites
* Maintain clear client communication throughout the support process
* Oversee CRM updates and ensure accurate project documentation
* Support contract renewals, quoting, and ordering of parts
What we’re looking for
* Strong admin & coordination skills in a fast-paced service environment
* Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Confident multitasker with great attention to detail
* IT-literate (Microsoft Office & ticketing systems)
* Experience in customer service, IT, engineering, or AV sectors is ideal
