Catering Experience and a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent is essential for this post.
In this Mobile Catering Supervisor post, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service.
Supervising staff working in the kitchen.
Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround.
We have a permanent vacancy to join our team within schools in the Kirkcaldy and Leven area covering in various schools as and when required.
This post is 30 hours per week Monday to Friday working between 8:00am to 2:30pm on a 52-week contract.
You will earn a competitive salary of
£
79 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Travel expenses will be paid - we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car.

Training on all In House systems will be provided. Working towards an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate will be essential once in post if not already held.

Have the ability to travel throughout Fife within a limited timescale.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
