* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Alphatrack Systems Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to support our Contract Managers and deliver accurate, timely project administration.
Responsibilities
* Prepare job packs and coordinate engineer appointments
* Manage project documentation, billing, and O+M manuals
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
* Maintain Excel tracking sheets, CRM, and finance records
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
