We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys delivering high-quality technical support while contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic IT function.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line support within an IT Service Desk environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern workplace technologies
* Experience supporting end-user devices including laptops, mobile devices, and printers
* Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, asset management)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach
* Experience working collaboratively with infrastructure and application support teams
Nice to Have
* Experience with Intune and device management tools
* Understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices
* Experience working in a professional services or legal environment
* Exposure to service improvement initiatives or projects
