We are hiring a Partner Development Specialist for our GEOVIA brand, the purpose of the role is to identify Partners that align with brand ambition. This require tenacity focus and ability to leverage LINKEDIN and other social media networks. Responsibilities Coordinate with regional leads in onboarding, development, and enablement of partners. Identify candidates for relevant coverage of brand growth regions and market segments. Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships, demonstrating precise competitor marketplace knowledge. Increase 3DS reach with the right Capability and Capacity. Support the Partner go-to-market strategy to guide and bring sales & client data insights to ensure its compliance with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy. Support and advise partner formulation of 1Y & 3Y Business / Transformation and Investment in new markets, new brands, new industries. Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geoscience or Engineering. Experience in working in a Partner identification, development and involvement in the entire Partner sales lifecycle. Experience managing and influencing multi-layered team. Effective negotiation skills. Ability to devise and execute a business plan and monitor/measure progress. Evaluation of brand capacity and enablement according to geographical growth areas.
