Sales Executive Manager - New Business (Manufacturing)
Our client, an Autodesk reseller is looking for two New Business Sales Executive Managers to drive growth within key industry verticals. These are hunter-focused roles, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
Role
* Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned industry
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customers
* Apply an Outcome-Based Selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-led solutions
* Lead sales conversations and presentations with senior decision-makers
* Position high-value solutions and services aligned to customer objectives
* Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
* Work closely with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reporting
* Track market trends, competitors and industry developments
About You
* Proven success in new business sales / business development, ideally within software or SaaS
* Strong background in either:
o AEC: design, construction, infrastructure, project delivery
o Manufacturing: product development, engineering, production workflows
* Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value
* Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
* Willing to travel within the region as required
* Experience from construction technology, manufacturing software, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable. Candidates from outside traditional reseller channels are strongly encouraged to apply
