Job Description

3. Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
6. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and queries.
7. Prepare and process payments in line with company policies.
8. Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenses.
9. Assist with Fixed assets and VAT compliance.
10. Provide administrative support to the accounting & finance department as needed.
11. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

12. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
15. Good organisational and time management skills.
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
