This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of the order book to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing a key product line. You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently, prioritising daily demands, and coordinating across planning, production, and shipping teams to meet committed delivery dates.
From handling scheduling conversations with customers to monitoring shared inboxes and keeping internal workflows moving, you’ll be at the centre of making sure promises turn into on-time deliveries.
This isn’t just about administration—it’s about commercial awareness and making smart decisions. You’ll often need to adjust priorities to accommodate urgent orders, liaise with various internal stakeholders to secure production capacity, and communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and foster strong relationships.
We’re looking for someone with approximately three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment—ideally within order management, operations coordination, or customer fulfilment. You should be comfortable juggling multiple demands under pressure and bring a strong commercial mindset.

This role is looking for:
Experience in an order management role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments
Confident using Microsoft packages
Experience using SAP/ERP/MRP would be beneficial, but not essential
