The Slitter Operator is a key member of the production team, responsible for operating and maintaining the slitter machine to cut large rolls of material (such as paper, film, or foil) into narrower, specified widths. This role is crucial for ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meet strict quality standards, and are prepared correctly for the next stage of production or for shipping.
