We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
* Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients.
* Maintain and update the lead database using a CRM System.
* Communicate effectively with leads, providing them with information about our products and services.
* Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
* Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
* Proven experience in sales or lead generation roles.
* Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
* Strong verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead qualification.
