Required background: Housebuilding
We are partnering with a privately owned regional housebuilder to strengthen their team with either an experienced Sales Manager or an ambitious Senior Sales Consultant ready to take the next step. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and support the Sales Director in delivering effective sales strategies across multiple developments throughout Surrey and Hampshire.
Your responsibilities will include launching new show homes, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional standards of presentation across all sites. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams — including marketing, construction, and finance — to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with broader business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in leading and managing successful sales teams within a property sales environment.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of new home sales and market dynamics.
* Ability to analyse data, track competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
