The Role: General Manager
You will run your own site with full autonomy, owning KPIs, guest experience, and team performance. Supported by an Operations Manager, you will coordinate front-of-house, barista teams, and the kitchen to deliver an elevated coffee and brunch experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire your team across FOH, baristas, and kitchen coordination
* Own KPIs: service, sales, labour, and quality standards
* Drive exceptional guest experience - revamping service culture and consistency
* Recruit, train, and retain passionate hospitality professionals
* Collaborate with the Ops and central support team on systems and structure
* Champion values like kindness, good manners, and curiosity
What They Are Looking For
* Proven Manager or GM experience in quality hospitality (e.g. coffee shop, bakery cafÃ, premium casual dining)
* Strong with customer experience, team leadership, and KPIs
* Comfortable managing 45-hour weeks and busy, hands-on service environments
* People-focused leader who builds a positive culture
* Experience with coffee and brunch service is a bonus - but not essential
* Able to thrive with evolving processes and make decisions with less structure
* Values-aligned: kind, proactive, performance-minded
