As Business Development Manager – Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within this sector. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, converting new opportunities, and managing key client relationships to maximise revenue potential. The ideal candidate will combine a proactive approach to business development with the ability to represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer sites. Key Responsibilities Manage and convert inbound enquiries from potential commercial clients. Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Represent the organisation at trade events to raise brand profile and expand networks. Support the UK sales team when required. Deliver product knowledge and training sessions where necessary.
