What You Will Do Deliver tailored Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to support children with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs. Manage and deliver an OT caseload using the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working. Collaborate with education staff to align therapeutic interventions with learning goals. Contribute to staff training sessions and offer consultation services when required. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
