MedGen Healthcare is currently seeking skilled, compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to provide high-quality, home-based care to individuals with complex health needs within the community.
This role involves delivering nursing care to patients with a range of complex medical conditions, supporting them to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.

The Role
As an RGN working in complex homecare, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and responsive nursing care in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patients home.
* Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions, which may include:
o Tracheostomy care and suctioning
o Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive)
o Enteral feeding (PEG/NG)
o Catheter care
o Wound management
o Stoma care
o Medication administration (including IV therapy where required)
o Oxygen therapy
o Seizure management
* Monitor and record vital signs and clinical observations.
* Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards.
Requirements
Active NMC Pin (RGN)
Minimum 6 months experience in this role and 3 years UK healthcare experience
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support certification
* Drivers License (preferred but not essential)

* Competitive Pay Rates: £36.00 £43.00 per hour
* Mileage Reimbursement: 20p per mile (up to 100 miles)
